Notice of intention of proposed removal and appointment of auditor

Further to the shareholder update provided by Eagle Health Holdings Limited (EHH) on 21 April 2021, EHH advises that it has received a notice of intention to remove EHH's current auditor, Grant Thornton Audit Pty Ltd (Grant Thornton Audit), and to appoint [Bentleys Audit & Corporate (WA) Pty Ltd] (Bentleys WA) as EHH's new auditor at the next EHH general meeting. In accordance with its obligations under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), EHH will shortly call a general meeting of shareholders where these matters will be put to a vote of shareholders.
